full service chimney business. We are celebrating our 10th year of
selling a fine selection of fireplaces and stoves to Coeur d'Alene, Hayden, Post Falls, and the surrounding North Idaho area.
We pride ourselves in providing quality chimney and installation service for the homeowner.

Sean Rogers, General Manager
Sean has been running BLACKS for 7 years. He enjoys the harder, more challenging jobs, so if you have a problem nobody else can figure out, he will. If there's ever a problem or you just want to pass along a compliment, Sean is the one to call.
Angela, Financial Manager
Angela is better at her job than anyone else! She may call you wanting money, but BE NICE. She is the one who can set you up on payments, get you documentation or anything else that may come up.
Natalie, Administrative Assistant
She's our feminine side, making all the men around here say 'please' and 'thank you' (and occasionally 'excuse me'), while still handling all the phone calls and scheduling for you.
Ben is everyone's favorite co-worker. He is able to keep everyone working and happy, and somehow never loses his cool. Our stove and chimney specialist, but he is always first to volunteer to help any of the guys finish their jobs!
Bart, Mason
A third generation mason and a true professional that makes his job look easy. Specializing in custom work you have never even imagined, he also doesn't mind the small repairs, either. Want to do something flashy? This is who to talk to!
Bobby, Lead Sweep
Bobby is our chimney ninja with almost 15 years of experience. He is a wealth of knowledge, so don't get him chatting, or he will tell you things about your chimney that even bore us!
David is the most ambitious of the bunch, determined to know it all. He has some great teachers and can answer almost any question on gutter systems. He is now determined to learn all about chimney systems and fire safety, so feel free to quiz him! FYI, he likes it when you call him Davy!
Bayard, Senior Gutter Installer
If you think 20 years experience would go to your head, you're right! Bayard has seen it all and done even more. With 35 years in the Coeur d'Alene area, you probably either know him personally, or have heard of him. Bayard can turn a normal gutter job into a masterpiece. One of the few craftsmen that still works all corners by hand, giving the cleanest, most professional finish available!
Jimmy, Junior Gutter Installer
Another above average installer with 15 years in the trade. From Hawaii to Idaho and even in-between, Jimmy has seen every way possible to install rain systems. Another true craftsman that treats his corners like works of art. Careful, though. He spent too much time with the natives, so if you expect a normal conversation or handshake... prepare to be amused!
